The GYROTONIC® METHOD
The Gyrotonic tower is a truly unique piece of equipment that supports the body to explore full fluid ranges of motion creating 3-dimensional strength and elasticity in the body. Students leave feeling calm, uplifted, energized, and ageless. Gyrotonic sessions are offered in private and duet lessons and group classes.
Pilates workouts target specific muscles to create balanced strength and correct alignment in the body. The fundamental Pilates principles of breath, alignment, and correct form combined with a good dose of fun offer a safe, full-body workout that will leave you feeling taller, stronger, and more alive. Pilates sessions are offered in private and duet lessons and group classes, both on the equipment and on the mat.
Gyrokinesis classes gently work the entire body, opening energetic pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences that look like a combination of dance, swimming, tai chi, and yoga. Classes are performed seated on a stool, standing, and on the floor to offer a variety of different options for those with different ability levels.
Our yoga teachers tailor each group class to the needs of the participants, helping students understand the intention behind the poses and how to safely modify them as needed. The calm and centering that you take away from your yoga class permeates all aspects of your life.

The Raindrop Technique is a powerful technique that combines unique, targeted massage and energy approaches with pure, authentic essential oils for a deeply harmonizing, rejuvenating, and relaxing experience. The technique draws from Native American wellness traditions and provides a revolutionary means of nurturing harmony—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients’ needs.
Aroma Freedom Technique
Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) uses the power of scent to gently shift awareness away from negative thoughts, feelings, and memories, and to initiate a positive outlook and attitude. This results in greater confidence and inner freedom. When we are no longer stuck in negative mindsets we are free to create the life we desire.
Dr. Benjamin Perkus created AFT by integrating 20 years of clinical experience with 15 years of work with essential oils into a technique that is easy to use by almost anyone. Even people who have never used oils before or don’t know the first thing about Psychology have been blown away by how simple and powerful it is. Additionally, those in the helping professions are able to integrate it into their existing treatment model.
Reiki is a Japanese spiritual practice that supports healing and personal development. The word Reiki roughly translates to “spiritual energy”. Practicing the system of Reiki helps to restore a sense of balance, relaxation, and a general sense of well-being. If you are looking for a natural, non-invasive, and simple method of healing, you should give Reiki practice a try. During a Reiki session, clients remain fully clothed as the practitioner places their hands on and/or close to the client’s body in order to facilitate a space for healing. Common health concerns relieved by Reiki treatment include digestion, insomnia, anxiety, pain, chronic stress, and discomfort.
Reiki sessions may be scheduled alone or as a part of a massage session.
Vibrational Sound Therapy
Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) combines powerful vibration and tones to induce an immediate relaxed state. The introduction of the sound waves directly into the body, along with soothing ambient tones, is such a strong treatment that clients report effects ranging from meditative state to deep relaxation. By placing the therapeutic metal (bronze) Himalayan Singing Bowls directly on the body, and using correct techniques, a practitioner engages with their client both physically and aurally. This therapy is also known as vibrational sound massage. In the VST method the client remains fully clothed and is never touched directly by the practitioner. Because the Singing Bowl is doing most of the physical work, contact is kept to minimum. VST is much less physically intrusive than traditional hands-on massage, and won’t leave the client feeling sore.
