Joy is the meeting of mind, body, and intention. We specialize in personalized one-on-one and small group movement instruction. You might call what we do “holistic fitness.” We create quality movement and fitness programs for people of all ages and ability levels. Our clients tend to fall into one of three categories:

  • People who want to get moving but have had some kind of limitation or challenge whether due to injury, chronic pain, or an extended time away from exercise;
  • People who are looking for a well-rounded and intelligent approach to exercise that trains for strength, flexibility, balance, and all of the functional skills needed for a healthy body;
  • High level movers like athletes and dancers who are looking for a great cross-training method to support their training and stay healthy.

We offer private lessons and small group classes in Pilates, yoga, the Gyrotonic method, and a variety of other modalities that train mind and body.
